Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification
Graduation from a government-recognised university or institution.
Preferred: MBA (Finance/Banking/Marketing), PGDM, or certifications like NISM V-A / XXI-A, CFP, CFA .

Candidates with any adverse background verification will be disqualified.

Teaching or training experience will not be counted as required work experience.

CTC Up to: ₹44.70 Lakhs per annumIncludes: Fixed Pay ₹30 Lakhs + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakhs + PLP up to 45% + Increment 0–25%
AVP Wealth (RM)
CTC Up to: ₹30.20 Lakhs per annumIncludes: Fixed Pay ₹20 Lakhs + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakhs + PLP up to 45% + Increment 0–25%
Customer Relationship Executive
CTC Up to: ₹6.20 Lakhs per annumIncludes: Fixed Pay ₹4 Lakhs + Allowances ₹0.77 Lakhs + PLP up to 35% + Increment 0–25%
Contract Tenure: 5 years (extendable for an additional 4 years)
